This Semester runs for 11 weeks.

eBlasts will be sent reminding you of changes in the schedule including make up classes.


Spring 2013

April 3-June 8

Monday         9-10:30 Beginner         6-7:30 pm Level II

Tuesday                    12:15-1:45 Level III-IV By  permission only

Wednesday     9-10:30  Level I-II         

Friday            9-10:30  Level I

Saturday       9-10:30 Level I-III

Postures’ voicemail will also announce any changes to this schedule.  (239.566.9642)


Memorial Day & July 4 and Labor Day-

Class will be at 9am instead of 6pm

About Levels…


Level I
Introductory beginners/general class, and is open to all.

Level II
Classes are open to students who have completed one series of level I. Inverted poses will be introduced.

Level III-IV 
Class attendance is only with permission of the teacher.

Note that unless indicated, all classes are general. Suzie teaches to the students before her.

Two weeks of classes within each semester will focus on pranayama.

 

Long time students learn their own therapeutic postures and may practice 30 minutes before each class.
